The health and safety of our customers, our people, and the wider community, are of paramount importance in everything we do.
HomeServe is committed to health and safety excellence through a process of continual health and safety improvement for all.
We target zero work-related injuries and illnesses and are able to report reductions in both accident frequency rates and lost time injury rates, with consistently low rates across our markets.
The implementation of a new enterprise system will further improve the control, supervision and management of health and safety.
Implementing health and safety training, supporting robust reporting processes, and driving a positive health and safety culture all play an important part in this too.
As a result, HomeServe is not subject to enforcement action taken in respect of our business by health, safety or environmental regulators in any of our markets.
Please see our Annual Report for more detail of our health and safety reporting.
